Primary English teaching design
PEP Unit 4 At the farm Part B Let’s learn
Theoretical basis: The new English curriculum strives to accomplish for more than just help students learn English. It should involve helping students to develop a level of comprehensive language competence and the ability to use language for real communication. However, the new curriculum also serves students’ all –around development. Such as strengthen their interest in studying English; grow in self-discipline, perseverance and self-confidence; improve their cooperative, investigative and thinking abilities. Forever students are put at the centre of the curriculum and individual differences are respected. After class reflection
This class went on well. Ss were quite excited and motivated. But not enough time was given at
the practice stage so some Ss still have difficult saying sentences. More practice and checking are needed for those students.
